Day 30 - 2 Apr

Day 30 - 2 Apr
We went to the Coca Cola factory today! A well known organization worldwide…

2 of the world biggest country flag flying high up in the air… The United States and China…

The way in to the company…

I believe the entire world sells coca cola… and everyone heard of it too.

The next activity is to watch a video on the history and achievements of Coca Cola…

This is the Official Olympic International Flag Pin Series…

And of course… Singapore is part of it…

Next is to visit the factory… making of Coca Cola…

The above is brief information on the making of coca cola...

Let’s start from here… melting of sugar…

Next is to add in clean water, and other ingredients…

Then the next thing is to fill the bottles with coke. But before that there are additional steps to clean the bottles…

This is the actual machine to wash the bottles. The bottles will be overturned and then high pressure of water will wash the dirt in it…

After the cleaning of bottles process, the coca cola will be filled in.

Then they will seal the bottles… and label it with the manufacturing date and serial number.

Once this is completed, the finished product is ready to be packed into the cartons…

Finally! The products are being stored in the warehouse…

This is one of the machine that is part of the manufacturing process… However, it’s a pity we did not see the actual process as the entire factory is under maintenance…

This is the past few years sales results…

These are the areas in China where Coca Cola Company is located…

I LOVE COCA COLA!!

Besides coke, there are also other beverages under this company… and Sprite is one of it…

Mini vending machine…:)

So that’s the end of our Coca Cola industrial visit…

But it’s the end of the day… I went out with my roommates to the street known as “Lao Shu Jie” where there are clothes, bags, shoes and accessories to shop for…

And after shopping, on the way back… we saw this… it looks like scorpion to me from far, but I actually it’s a type of prawn with hard shells…

That’s the end of day… Nice experience at the factory but still disappointed about not having to see the actual production of Coca Cola due to the maintenance of the machines.
